Fantastic discovery on my last visit to Truro, a place where you can enjoy delicious and nutritious food without feeling guilty. The ingredients are super fresh, rich in flavour, everything's vegetarian. Friendly and professional service. Will definitely come back and visit the ones in Falmouth and Padstow. Highly recommended!

Visiting Cornwall and didn't get a chance to try the Sabzi in Falmouth but came to Truro and couldn't miss it again. So happy we didn't, the food was incredible! Got the Ultimate box and pitta bread, asked for it to be vegan which wasn't a problem at all. The food was INCREDIBLE. Every bite was like a little party in my mouth, so many different flavours! The lady serving also mentioned the veg is all locally sourced and made fresh. Only suggestion would be to consider the option of becoming a vegan restaurant.

Great service, food was excellent, balanced good flavour and textures. Efficient service and great local healthy food spot. As a carnivore, it would have been nice to have a meat option as well, as a grilled chicken or fish would have been great option on top! Great lunch overall

What a treat to stumble upon the little gem! The deli had exactly what we were looking for, great produce sourced and sampled both locally far (not too much choice, but just enough knowledge for great recommendations). We purchased some tasty jam and got distracted by the food, sampled a salad box and a tasty dhal with mint yogurt topping (would definitely recommend!). We were also pleasantly surprised by how tasty the freshly ground coffee and mint teas were. If you are just passing by, its worth nipping in and grabbing one of these to get you day off to a great start! Thanks Kate and team

all the other good reviews here say it all. My partner and I each had the small box which was packed with delicious food, I'm not a vegetarian but could be become so eating food this good every day. Much as I enjoy a pasty or full English, eating this delicious food left me feeling simply better, you instinctively know you've had a healthier meal that tastes fantastic. Excellent value also. It's a pleasure to see a food business thrive in these difficult times. As another reviewer mentioned, being met with a smile and enthusiasm by the lady who greeted us when we went in is also a priceless experience these days where many hospitality staff are indifferent to you when you arrive. Can't wait to go again :-)

I visited Truro yesterday and wanted to check out Sabzi, but wasn’t sure if I’d stop for lunch. However, as soon as I arrived, I was met by the smiley Katie. She was taking some orders to a table, but still took time to acknowledge me and say hello. On her way back, she asked how I was and her friendliness pretty much invited me in. Katie explained the salad options, offering me vegan options (the displayed items had different cheeses mixed in, but they have vegan available). The front area was busy, but I was told I could sit out the back (separate entrance, not connected). The food tasted fresh, healthy and delicious. The carrot/orange/ginger juice hit the spot. Katie passed by later and asked how everything was. I have to highlight the customer service here. As someone who has worked in hospitality, and someone who understands good customer service, I often find myself disappointed when visiting places. While the food in places may be good, it’s about the whole experience. So many places where you barely get a smile. So this was a pleasant surprise. Note to the business owners: appreciate Katie - staff that exude positive energy and passion are hard to come by these days. I’ll be back soon! Just one improvement - please put music on in the back room. I shared this room with one other table in complete silence, so it lacks the atmosphere the front has.

This was seriously amazing. The salads were sooo amazing and fresh and the bun divine. I absolutely loved the potatoes. And the staff were ever so nice and lovely. Shame I’m only here on holiday, otherwise I would’ve been a regular customer. x Therese
